Dearest Trenitalia amaze me more every day!
am a university student, who gives a fuck every day for a trip to Reggio Emilia - Bologna train because he believes that the car is obsolete. I do this now for 5 years, a monthly subscription regional and interregional.
I love the train, I find half ecological, can socialize with people, it's relaxing, it allows you to choose whether to sleep or read.
However, Trenitalia, I am really disgusted by your service. Every day is getting worse. Want a list of hardships that we create? Here it is:
  • when the trains slow down the smell of ferrodo infests the coaches, forcing passengers to hold their noses as the ferrodo is not only disgusting, but it's also bad for your health. And it is not pinched, as claimed by the controllers. Trenitalia, we are safe when these trains slow down? Or should I worry?
  • trains are amazingly late, ever! Trenitalia, people who use the trains in the morning and late evening are commuters, we are sure that you pay a subscription each month. There are trains that are delayed and chronic systematic order of 10 minutes. And you know why? Why do you think the times so well that these trains are systematically inter-stop for IC and ES. Let us pleasure, the latest official times, put them into account those damn 10 minutes.
  • trains are dirty, smelly, sometimes the smell of urine is so strong that no longer feels in a carriage. Trenitalia, wash the trains, do not just wipe out cards and maps, cow down with water and disinfectant!
  • Trenitalia, if it arrives at the Bologna Motor Show, it increases the trains to Bolgna. But it's not like you did in the holidays (read this link ), increase it on weekdays when commuters travel, your loyal customers!
  • Trenitalia, the morning (of 8:47 train from Reggio Emilia IR) controllers never go, and things I would ask them a lot.
  • Trenitalia, commuters do not give a damn if you do not have enough inspectors to keep open the carriages, commuters want to sit! What is the difference between a controller is missing and one that never goes out?
Trenitalia, are not so foolish as to believe that this serves to mail something. There is no point because you're basically incompetent that you live in a monopoly situation, just as do so many (too many) Italian companies that offer services.
Trenitalia trains are the means the future (although coming from a past much more remote than where the car was invented).
The Italian State and its citizens should take back what they deserve: an efficient service!

Of course I responded! In return, however, I received the results of the statistical survey done by a friend for an exam at the university. Here's the link questionnaire and results .
