How to describe their goals

In this post I will briefly describe how to describe their goals and ensure that they conform with our corporate mission.

Paragraph objectives, in many curriculum, is almost never present.
I am convinced that to understand that we are the breeders of the people who know what they want and what are the future goals is important, both as workers and as people.
And if our objectives are in line with business objectives better.
I think it is necessary write grandiose goals or phantasmagorical, simply insert two or three lines about what we expect to achieve in the future.
me give you one example:
suppose a boy, young man, who has always worked in the kitchen as a dishwasher, you want to propose a different job from that which has always played.

may write:

OBJECTIVES.
  1. Working at a facility or center cooking improving my organizational skills in contact with customers.
  2. improve my skills in the food in the kitchen alongside the staff as an assistant.
This is just one example, if you notice never appears the word "dishwasher" in the first sentence shows that the boy would like to work in the hall, in the second sentence that would like to learn to cook.
Obviously, you choose which of the two sentences to enter, or working in the dining room or kitchen.
to train in both areas could be another future goal.
Of course this is just my opinion based on experience.
One method I use to match personal goals with those of business is to figure out who is the company you select or to which it is proposed, to understand and see what are its objectives and its history.
This information can be easily found nowadays, a simple search on the Internet solves everything.
Today many companies have a website and most of these is the section "History", "Mission" and "Work with us.
It analyzes the objectives the mission and they are mentioned in the section on the curriculum, nothing easier than keeping in mind that should be rewritten in a different order to avoid giving the impression you have copied from their site from scratch.
Another way of writing an objective is:
My objectives:
Working in a lively, pleasant, peaceful and able to improve my skills thanks by assisting with efficient professional people .
In these three lines, in practice, it is stated that the company xxx with which it is proposed, it is exciting, dynamic, and the staff is efficient.

How to create a portfolio of contacts to find work!

I read the journal Millionaire an article that intrigued me and it upset me, at least for the conception that I have at work.
