E 'yesterday's news that some companies use eggs deteriorated in the preparation of food. Why are not made the names of companies and establishments involved? Are there any suspects, arrests have been made. The persons responsible will be tried, but meanwhile the rights of consumers where they are? This investigation lasted two years. It means that for at least two years foods were introduced on the market deteriorated. I want to know if I habitually consumed those products.
Here we are talking of eggs, which probably were used to produce many types of finished foods: pastries, cakes, biscuits, snacks, pasta, ravioli and tortellini, cappelletti, various creams.
NAS I have made arrests and seizures in companies in 13 provinces in seven regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Lombardia, Piemonte and Veneto. The defendants are businessmen and representatives of the sector. Were seized more than 30 million eggs, 60 tons of egg finished and ready for use, 2500 tons of animal eggs deteriorated. Only a few days ago there was talk of preserved milk in Tetra Pak containers and contaminated with ITX. It is not yet clear whether this substance can be harmful in the doses that were found in food, but the news is not reassuring at all, despite the attempts of someone to resize the fact. Who knows how many similar cases exist and are not known.
For those responsible for incidents of this kind, who have volunteered in a health risk to consumers for personal gain, I would suggest to prison over the obligation of eating adulterated food that they themselves have placed on the market.
EDIT: I added a photo taken by past service on television. Yes, the ones you see are worms ...
From an online article: The same
Officers added: Cosi'''eggs and larvae, worms, fungi, parasites, and in already' formed fetuses of chicks ended up in the food industry, unaware of the quality 'dell'ovoprodotto they buy.
All'ovoprodotto we arrived after the eggs were centrifuged, a method prohibited because even the shells ended up in the resulting product with hygiene problems.''
From another site:
For the mash had the right pH, was treated with chlorine, then pasteurized. However, a procedure which leads to the formation of substances (such as histamine, cadaverine and putrescine) very harmful to human health.
